Ingredients
- Shaoxing Rice wine 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Optional red food coloring 1 teaspoon
- 5 Spice powder 1 teaspoon
- 5 Grated garlic cloves
- Grated ginger root 2 teaspoon
- Reb Bean Curd 2 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon

500 gram sliced pork but Marinate for 6 hours
- Mix all ingredients together use ¾ of marinate. Add a smoke wood chunk to a small fire.
- Hang the marinated pork next to the fire for 15 minutes at 150 degree Celsius or 300 Fahrenheit. After 15 minutes hang the pork over direct fire for 15 minutes.
- Apply the marinate once more in the last 5 minutes.
