Ingredients‬
  • Shaoxing Rice wine 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • Optional red food coloring 1 teaspoon
  • 5 Spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • 5 Grated garlic cloves 
  • Grated ginger root 2 teaspoon
  • Reb Bean Curd 2 tablespoon
  • Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • 500 gram sliced pork but Marinate for 6 hours
How ‎To‬ Cook
  1. Mix all ingredients together use ¾ of marinate. Add a smoke wood chunk to a small fire.
  2. Hang the marinated pork next to the fire for 15 minutes at 150 degree Celsius or 300 Fahrenheit. After 15 minutes hang the pork over direct fire for 15 minutes.
  3. Apply the marinate once more in the last 5 minutes.
